6 days Atlantic coast tour

DAY 1: MARRAKESH –  AGADIR –  TAGHAZOUT

After having breakfast, we will drive to Agadir via highway, stopping for lunch on the way at the luxury seaside resort of Agadir, where pink flamingos watch as children build sandcastles and sunbathers delight in the rhythm of the lapping waves. Afternoon onwards to Taghazout bay resort to spend the night at the Hotel.

DAY 2: TAGHAZOUT

Free day to enjoy the Atlantic beach of Taghazout. We will be at your disposal the whole day to transport you to see other sites of Agadir or to have a promenade along the Corniche and visit the Grand market “ SOUK EL HAD “.

DAY 3: TAGHAZOUT – SIDI KAOUKI – ESSAOUIRA

After breakfast we will drive to Essaouira and admire the Atlantic seaside. Arrive at Essaouira and spend the night at the Hotel.

DAY 4: ESSAOUIRA

Explore this old Portuguese fishing port with its 16th century harbor walls and 18th century French-designed fortifications and colorful houses. The main entrance to the harbor is through the Porte de la Marine, built in 1184 and decorated with two columns of a classical triangular pediment. A sandy bay sweeps to the south of this enchanting town, and wooded hills dominate the eastern skyline.

Spend the night at the Hotel.

DAY 5: ESSAOUIRA – SAFI – EL OUALIDIA – EL JADIDA –  CASABLANCA

After breakfast we will depart to Safi, situated on a section of the Atlantic coast, retaining its old Portuguese fortifications and famous for its sardines, pottery and ceramics.

We continue along the picturesque coastal road to el Oualidia, a serene fishing village that stretches along the southern shore of a natural seawater lagoon, flanked by a kasbah built in 1634 by Sultan el Oualidia. We will enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants. Various activities are offered in Oualida, such as surfing and windsurfing and rides on small fishing boats.

From Oualidia we continue to El Jadida, recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The city was a Portuguese colony with its fortified and moated medina next to the port. Traces of its Portuguese past remain in its alleys and walls, and above all in its underground cisterns, with pillars and vaults like the crypt of a church and illuminated by eerie rays of sunlight. With an elegant boulevard dotted with cafes, the beach stretches to the horizon. El Jadida also showcases what is considered to be the most beautiful 18-hole golf course in Morocco. Afternoon, we will arrive in Casablanca and spend the night at the Hotel.

DAY 6: CASABLANCA AIRPORT TRANSFER

After having breakfast we are going to finish the other parts of Casablanca starting with:

• Rick’s Café “Rex Cafe ” The place became legendary thanks to cinema and especially to this cinematic destination, which is shared by two icons: Ingrid Bergmann and Humphrey Bogart.
• Visit the elegant United Nations Place and Mohammed V Square, which is the heart of the city, has many pigeons all around, attracting many visitors from around the world to discover the city of Casablanca, place of Mohamed V.
• Notre Dame de Lourdes This was nothing like what to expect. An amazing cathedral with a modern architecture with stained glass walls right around the church. There is a grotto which has a statue of Mary with flowers and candles.
• Marché Central That attracts all visitors to Casablanca is always crowded and very suitable for those who want to mingle with the local Moroccan lifestyle

In the evening we will drop you off at Casablanca airport, you should be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight. Your departure will be organized accordingly.
